Larry Schmitt is a co-founder and President of Inovo Technologies Inc. in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Larry started Inovo in 2001 with his partner and co-founder Steve Schwartz in order to research, develop and apply innovation process methods and tools for all types of organizations.

Larry has a PhD in computer science from the University of Wisconsin and worked for General Electric before joining his first start-up company in Ann Arbor. When that company was bought-out, Larry joined his second start-up in Austin, Texas. After that company was also acquired, Larry started Inovo to pursue his passion for understanding and managing the very early front-end of the innovation process.
